This website (austra-evisit.online) is a private, independent service that assists travellers with the preparation and submission of their Australian E-Visitor (subclass 651) visa application. Applicants are free to submit their application directly, free of charge, through the official Australian government website.

SECTION 2 — OUR SERVICE FEE

We charge a service fee of 45 USD per application to assist you with reviewing, preparing and submitting your E-Visitor request, and to provide customer support throughout the process. This fee covers our assistance service only and is separate from any government visa fee, where applicable.

SECTION 3 — PROCESSING TIME

Once your application and payment have been received, we aim to process your request and send your E-Visitor confirmation within a maximum of 48 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of applications and the accuracy of the information provided.

SECTION 4 — PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Once you have submitted your application form and accepted these Terms and Conditions, our service fee is due immediately and no refund will be issued, as our team begins processing your request as soon as it is received. By validating and sending the form, you confirm that you have read and understood all the information on this site before confirming your request.

SECTION 5 — ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your application. We recommend that you carefully check your passport and personal details before submitting your form, as errors may delay or prevent the approval of your E-Visitor authorization.

SECTION 6 — LIABILITY

While we take all reasonable steps to assist with your application, the final decision to grant or refuse an E-Visitor authorization rests solely with the Australian immigration authorities. We cannot be held responsible for a refusal, delay, or any consequence arising from a decision made by the relevant government authority.
